Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unopened and in re‑saleable condition, including all original parts and packaging.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Restocking Fee
- All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Items that are opened, damaged, incomplete, or not in re‑saleable condition cannot be refunded.
- Custom or special‑order products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
